How do I select the full table?

  1. select full table icon in corner of tablePosition your cursor over your table or click within it.
    A small square with arrows will appear in the top left hand corner of your table.
  2. Click this to select the full table.

How do I move my table?

  1. Position your cursor over your table or click within it.
    A small square with arrows will appear in the top left hand corner of your table.
  2. Click on this square and hold the left mouse button.
  3. Drag your table to the required position.
  4. Release the mouse button.

How do I delete my table?

Method One:

  1. Right click, delete tablePosition your cursor over your table or click within it.
    A small square with arrows will appear in the top left hand corner of your table.
  2. Click this to select the full table.
  3. Right click.
  4. Click ‘Cut’ or ‘Delete Table’.

Method Two:

  1. Click anywhere in the table.
  2. Click to display the ‘Table Tools, Layout’ ribbon.
  3. Delete table button in the delete drop down menuClick the ‘Delete’ button.
  4. Click ‘Delete Table’.

How do I insert text above my table?

  1. Cursor at the start of the first cell in a tableClick within the first cell in the table. If the cell has text in it, ensure you click at the left of the first character.
  2. Press <Return>.
  3. Type your required text.
