How do I know if I have a voicemail?

You activity tab will have a number of missed calls, chats etc.

1. Click on ‘Activity’.

Voicemails will show in the ‘Activity’ list.

You will also be emailed a copy of the voicemail.

How do I listen to a voicemail?

1. Click the ‘Calls’ tab.
2. Click ‘Voicemail’.
3. Click a message in the ‘History’ section.

The details section at the right hand side will show:

1. 1. the person’s contact details.
   2. provide you with the ability to type and send a quick message back to them.
   3. A transcript of the voicemail.
   4. The ability to listen to the voicemail by clicking the ‘Play’ button.

How do I delete a voicemail?

1. Click the 3 dots next to display a menu.
2. Click ‘Delete’.
