Support Delivery Report

The Support Delivery report is used to report on support delivered between 2 dates. 

To access the report follow these steps;

  1. Click on Services. This is found on the right hand side of the homepage

  2. Click on the name of your service

    Service Name

  3. In the list of reports on the right hand side click on Support Delivery

  4. Make your selections from the available dropdowns

    Dropdowns

    1. Financial Cycle - Choose the period you want to report on,
    2. Start - Input the date you want the report to run from,
    3. End - Input the date you want the report to run to,
    4. Teams - Select the team you want to report on,
    5. Person - Select the supported person whose support delivery report you want

  5. The report may take a few minutes to generate

  6. The report details the number of funded hours and sleepovers (if applicable) available in the period of time being reported on and show the number of hours and sleepovers that were actually delivered. The difference between the 2 figures is shown as a number and a percentage.
