Outlook 365: Mail - Spell Checker

How do I spell check my email?

Outlook checks your spelling as you type. Any words not in its’ dictionary and therefore considered to be incorrect, will be underlined in red.

  1. Right click correct spellingRight click on the word underlined in red.
  2. Click on the correct spelling.

 

You can also have Outlook perform a spell check before sending every message.

  1. Right click on the mail icon in the navigation pane to view the menuRight click on the ‘Mail’ icon in the navigation pane.
  2. Click Options.
