How do I save an email to send later?

Method One:

  1. Close message buttonWhen creating an email, click the ‘Close’ button in the top right hand corner of the ‘Message’ box.

A dialogue box will be displayed asking if you want to save your changes.

  1. Click ‘Yes’.

The message will be placed in your ‘Drafts’ folder.

Method Two:

  1. Save icon in title barWhen creating the email, click the ‘Save’ icon in the title bar of the email.
  2. Close the message

How do I continue a previously saved email?

  1. Click the ‘Mail’ button in the Navigation Bar.
  2. Draft folder with one unread message in itClick the 'Drafts' folder.
  3. Double click on the message you wish to amend.
  4. Amend as necessary.
  5. Click ‘Send’ to send your message.
    OR
    Click the ‘Save’ button to save this message back in your ‘Drafts’ folder.

The number next to the ‘Drafts Folder’ indicates the number of draft messages inside. It is good practice to keep the drafts folder empty. If there are items in it, have a look at them, if they are not required - delete them.
