How do I set up email using the Outlook app?
The ‘Outlook app should automatically download to your Key and Lifestyles provided mobile phone.
Click the ‘Outlook’ icon to start.
Click ‘Get Started’.
Type your email address.
Type your password and then click 'Sign In'.
Click the ‘Activate’ button.
Click to ‘Activate this device admin app’.
Click ‘Maybe later’ to continue without adding any other email accounts.
Click the arrow at the right hand side of the screen to go through the next three information screens one at a time or click ‘Skip’ to jump to the next step. 
Click ‘Continue’.
Your email will download and be displayed.
If you have not already set up access to the password reset portal you will be asked for a mobile number during this process. You will receive and have to enter the verification code sent by Microsoft to your phone either by text or call, depending on the option you choose.
