How do I categorise my notes?

With your notes on display:

  1. Right click on the note.
  2. "Categorize button" drop down menuClick ‘Categorize’.
  3. Choose a category.

How do I change the category titles?

  1. Click the ‘Categorize’ button in the ribbon.
  2. Rename a notes category buttonClick ‘All Categories’ to display the Color Categories window.
  3. Click the category to be renamed.
  4. Click ‘Rename’.
  5. Type a name for the category and press <Return>.
  6. Click ‘OK’.

How do I create a new category?

  1. Click the ‘Categorize’ button in the ribbon.
  2. Click ‘All Categories’ to display the Color Categories window.
  3. Add a new categoryClick the ‘New button’ to display the ‘Add New Category’ window.
  4. Add a new category dialogue box in Notes functionType a name for the category.
  5. Use the drop down menu to choose a colour.
  6. Click ‘OK’.
