Availability Report

  1. Select 'Availability Report'  from the suite of reports

  2. The report will run assuming that you are looking at today from midnight to 23:59 and present you with a list of all support staff who have no rota activities logged for today.

Initial Report

 

  • Reminder the ‘Availability Report’ is useful for covering support – simply select:
    • the appropriate Date
    • Supported Person
    • Start Time
    • End Time

The system will return a list of suggested support staff to cover support presenting you with contact numbers, previous and next support slots as well as the number of times the Supported Person has been supported by the worker in the previous 90 days.
