Key is pleased to introduce 4 apps from the Access Group.  These apps are designed to make it easier for you to manage work-related information, keep track of key details, and access information anywhere and at any time.

The apps will be delivered in 3 phases:

1. PeopleXD and Evo (April 2026) - covering HR functions, joiners, movers and leavers.  Includes self-service for leave requests, name and address changes, viewing and downloading payslips.
2. People Planner (June 2026) - rostering of workers against support slots.  Shifts are visible in an end user app.
3. Care Planner (June 2026) - workers will clock in and out of support slots, completing tasks and recording notes all within an end user app.

People XD and Evo are now available to everyone in Key.

You will sign in to both apps using the same Key digital account that you use to access eLearning, Microsoft apps and VDI.

Together, PeopleXD and Evo will:

• Support self‑service and flexibility
• Improve accuracy and timeliness of information
• Reduce administration and duplication
• Make it easier for you to access what you need, when you need it

They’re an important step in modernising how we support you and they will link into our new People Planner Rota system and Access Care Planner over the next few months.

Once People Planner and Access Care Planner are up and running you will see your live rota, have access to information about the people you support, and this is where you will be able to request and select extra hours and relief shifts.
