Your digital account

Your manager will have already provided you with a note of your email address.  If you haven't already, call the ICT Helpdesk for your password 0141 342 1570.  We are unable to provide this via email.

Once you have these details, write them down and store them somewhere safe.  You will need these throughout your time working for Key or Community Lifestyles.  At present Support and Relief Register workers are unable to change their passwords.

This password is used for both e-learning and your digital account providing access to Outlook, Teams and other office apps.  You can also log into PCs in your local office using these details.

Before setting up and using your work email, take some time to read through these helpful guidelines.  You should also note, that at present only internal email communication is permitted.

Use the menu at the side to locate instructions on how to set up your email in the Microsoft Outlook app. 

These vary slightly depending on the type of phone you have - either Android or iPhone.  There is also instructions on how to view your email on the web, if you do not wish to have this on your phone.
