How do I know if I’m connected to a WiFi network?

If you are connected to a WiFi network you should see the ‘WiFi’ icon at the top of your phone screen. If the icon is not displayed, it is likely that you are not connected to a WiFi network.

If your device has no WiFi connection and is using a data connection the data connection icon will show at the top of the screen.

2. If its displayed as a grey icon, its off. Click to enable it.
