Change Named Manager for Supported People

It is important that the management responsibilities for all supported people is correct and updated as and when required. The named Manager for supported people must be a Team Manager or above. 

This is a task that can and should be performed locally.

  1. Search for the supported person using the Supported Person Surname quick search on the right hand side of the homepage, or using the Supported People link found under the My Evolve section on the right hand side of the homepage

  2. Click on the Services tab, and the date under the "Date" column headed. Click on Edit

  3. Choose the correct manager from the Manager dropdown and click save
