How do I access the Outlook Web App on my phone?

1. The ‘Safari’ browser is installed by default on Apple devices. ‘Microsoft Edge’ has also been installed. Open either of these apps.
2. At the top of the screen, in the address bar type https://outlook.office365.com
3. Enter your email address and click ‘Next’.
4. When prompted choose ‘Work or school account’.
5. Enter your password.
6. For security, click ‘No’ if you are asked if you’d like to remember these details for the future.

Your inbox will be displayed.

Click ‘Calendar’ or ‘People’ to view your calendar and contacts.

How do I update my folders?

1. New mail should be displayed automatically as its received. However, if you want to check for new items:
2. Pull down from the top of the screen.

A circular arrow will spin as the folder updates with any new mail displayed when the process finishes.

How do I view my other mail folders?

1. Click the menu icon in the left hand corner of the screen.
2. Click the folder you wish to view. (The currently displayed folder is highlighted by a solid coloured bar).
3. Wait while Outlook downloads messages to your phone.
