How do I access Outlook Web Access on my phone?
The ‘Chrome’ browser is installed by default on Android devices. Open this app.
At the top of the screen, in the address bar type https://outlook.office365.com
Enter your email address and click ‘Next’.
If you are prompted choose a ‘Work’ address.
Enter your password. You may also need to authenticate in the normal manner.
For security, click ‘No’ if you are asked if you’d like to remember these details for the future.
Your inbox will be displayed.
How do I update my folders?
New mail should be displayed automatically as its received. However, if you want to check for new items:
Pull down from the top of the screen.
A circular arrow will spin as the folder updates with any new mail displayed when the process finishes.
How do I view my other mail folders?
Click the menu icon in the left hand corner of the screen.
Click the folder you wish to view. (The currently displayed folder is highlighted by a solid coloured bar).- Wait while Outlook downloads messages to your phone.
How do I view my calendar?
Click the ‘Calendar’ button at the bottom of the screen.
