How can I check my equipment is working?

You can complete a test call in Teams and check your camera, microphone, speakers are working and that your network connection is active before you begin a meeting.

Method 1:

1. Click your profile picture/initials (top right hand corner).
2. Click ‘Settings’.
3. Click ‘Devices’.
4. Click ‘Make a Test Call’.
   If your video camera is active, you should be able to see yourself, otherwise only a black screen will be displayed.
5. Speak for a few seconds when prompted, this will be recorded and played back.

The results of the test will then be displayed.

Method 2:

1. Type /testcall in the bar at the top and press <Enter>
