What is the Outlook Web App?

This is a web based version of Outlook, previously referred to as Outlook Web Access.

When would I use the Outlook Web App?

The Outlook Web App can be used when you are not in the office. It can be accessed from any computer connected to the Internet. You could also use it if you are having problems with the main Outlook program.

It gives you access to all the main functions of the full Outlook program including the ability to change your password and set your Automatic Replies.

Although some icons and options may be in a different location on screen, use the Outlook Web App the same way your would Outlook.
