What are search folders?
These are virtual folders which search your mail for certain specific items/flags and display those that match.
Default folders exist for ‘unread items’ and ‘for follow up’ (messages that have been flagged for follow up). Other search folders can be created.
How do I use the search folders?
As with other folders, click on one of these to see the contents.
How do I create a new search folder?
- Right click on ‘Search Folder’.
- Click ‘New Search Folder’.
- Choose one of the options provided.
- Click ‘OK’.
