Only follow these instructions if instructed to do so by ICT Staff. This process will wipe the device and the data on it. 

1. Open the ‘Settings’ app.
2. Click ‘General’.
3. Click ‘Transfer or Reset iPhone’.
4. Click ‘Erase All Contact and Settings’.
5. Click ‘Continue’.
6. Enter your passcode.
7. Click ‘Erase iPhone’ to confirm you wish to reset your phone.
