Follow these instructions to copy your contacts from Outlook on your PC to contacts on your iPhone.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Apps’.
3. Click 'Mail'.
4. Click 'Mail Accounts'.
5. Click Add Accounts
6. Choose Microsoft Exchange
7. Type your email and a description.
8. Click ‘Next’.
9. Click Sign In
10. Switch the syncing options off for Mail, Calendars, Reminders and Notes.  Leave Contacts syncing.
