Why does my phone take so long to charge?
It is always best to plug your phone directly into a wall socket rather than charge via USB on a PC. This provides more power and will charge your device quicker than plugging directly into a laptop/PC USB slot.
What is using my battery power?
If you think your phone battery is draining faster than it should you can check which apps are using the most power.
Click the ‘Settings’ app.
Click ‘Battery’.
A graph will be displayed showing battery charge over the last 24 hours. Click ‘Last 7 days’ to see details of the last week.
Scroll up to see what apps are draining your battery. The example opposite shows ‘Quick Support’ has used the most battery power and for the most, it was running in the background and not in use. Close these apps to save battery life.- Click ‘Show Activity’.
This will display how long you have used each app.
