How do I hide row(s) or column(s)?

1. Select the column(s) or row(s) you want to hide.
2. Right click on the row/column header(s).
3. Click ‘Hide’.

When a row/column is hidden a double line is shown between the columns/rows before and after those hidden. Lettering/Numbering continues as normal so you should notice a gap in these too!

The graphic below shows a double line between columns A and D, illustrating columns B and C are hidden.

How do I unhide row(s) or column(s)?

1. Select the row(s)/column(s) either side of the hidden ones. (In the example opposite columns A&C).
2. Right click one of the selected row/column headers.
3. Click ‘Unhide’.
