Over the course of the next couple of years, Openreach are upgrading the network and standard telephone lines will be no more!

We are currently moving services over to using Teams to make and receive calls.

For those already over, or in the process of moving a full guide exists to provide all the information you may need to help you make and answer calls.  You should note, until you have been assigned a licence for Teams phones, this option will not be available within the Teams software.
