Normally the fields ‘From’, ‘Subject’, ‘Received’, ‘Date’ and ‘Size’ are displayed. If these are in a different order from what you would want, click on the column header and drag it left or right until the bar shows in required position.
If any of these ‘disappear’ follow the instructions below to restore them.
Right click over one of the column headers.
Click ‘Field Chooser’.
- Locate the field required in the list (eg subject) and drag it from this list over the current column headers.
Arrows will show where the field will be added.
