By default the Outlook app groups messages and their replies into ‘Conversations’. It also places what it considers important emails in the ‘Focused’ section of your inbox and everything else gets put in the ‘Other’. You can switch off both these options easily.
With Outlook email displayed, click the icon in the top left to show the menu. Usually your initials.
Click the ‘Settings’ button in the bottom left.
Click ‘Email’.
Turn off ‘ Focused Inbox’ by clicking the toggle switch. (Grey =Off).
- Click ‘Email Organisation’.
Turn it off.
