Exclaimer is used to manage your email signature on the PC. It will not transfer this signature across to your phone.
With Outlook email displayed, click the icon in the top left to show the menu. Usually your initials.
Click the ‘Settings’ button in the bottom left.
Click on ‘Signature’.
If you have more than one account you can add different signatures to each.
- Switch on the “Per Account Signature” and type a signature for each account or switch it off and use the same signature for all accounts.
- Click the ‘back’ arrow at the top left of the screen to save the changes.
