How do I search my files and folders?

If you have lost a file or folder, use ‘File Explorer’ to search for it.

  1. Navigate to the folder in which you wish to search. (It will search all subfolders too).
  2. Search bar in file explorerClick in the ‘Search’ box and type your search term.
  3. Press <RETURN> or click the blue arrow.

Depending on the number of files and folders that exist in your search location, it may take some time to display the results (A).

  1. Double click a file to open it.
    OR
    Right click on the file and choose ‘Open Folder location’ to open the folder in which is resides.
