This report is used to identify all unallocated slots in all the rotas of the service.
- Click on Availability Report
- The report will run for the current period. The first page of the report summarises the information by rota manager and details how many unallocated slots there are in total for each rota manager
- The second page of the report gives more detail. The date the support is due to take place, the team the support is in, the type of support, the start and end time and the supported person that the support belongs to
