1. Install the Outlook for Android app from the Google Play Store and then open it.
2. Tap Get Started.  If you already had Outlook installed using another account, you won't see this option.

To add a new email account:

1. Tap Menu.
   
   
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
   
   
3. Tap Add Account.
   
   
   
4. Tap Add Email Account.
   

1. Enter your full email address then tap Add Account or Continue.
   
   Your email address will be firstname.lastname @key.org.uk or @communitylifestyles.org or @theadvisorygroup.org.uk
   
   
   
2. Enter your account password and tap Sign in or Next.
